Hiroyuki-san,

The process is explained in the Data Files area where you downloaded the file. You have to rename the file to 'solarisos.raw' after downloading, then put the file into the OS folder on your Solaris CF card. Insert the card and turn on the Solaris, holding down the Enter button. You will eventually see a small menu about flashing the new OS. Select #1, then watch the screen, When it is finished, it says to reboot. And that is all you need to do!

I am really excited to announce our first major OS update in quite a while - v1.3.0 is released today! Solaris owners can download from the Owner's Forum, under the Data Files section. If you are not registered as an owner there, send me your serial number and Forum USERNAME, and I can add you to the group.

Many thanks to Jim Hewes (minorguy in the Forum), whose hard work made this update happen in a short 5 weeks' time!

More details will be noted in the Data Files section.

Thanks to all who have patiently waited....
John Bowen
