Sample pool manager

Last summer I worked on this program for managing sample pool files called Solsa. But I put it on the back burner because at the time I couldn’t seem to get samples to work right for me on the Solaris. Anyway, I thought I would throw the source code out there since I had already done that with Solarium. You can find it here.

If you decide to try it, please only work with copies of your sample files and pool files. Solsa has not been so thoroughly tested by other people yet.
