I have used TC Arena for many years. An excellent reverb in my opinion. I am rather curious about the Eventide Space but have not been sufficiently intrigued to cough up the dough for it.

Valhalla for that real 80's vangelis type of reverb

Eventide H8000 and if I can sell my children on ebay an H9000.

For Creamware, I really like RMX160.

SonicCore sell this plug from DAS at €69. If this were available on the Solaris at that price, I'd buy it in a flash.

Some excellent stuff from Sonic Timeworks too, like the P-100 plate.

John, you might want to ask Sean Costello (Valhalla) if he'd be interested in licensing a couple basic algorithms. I believe he's based in Seattle as well. His stuff runs on PC for the most part but I know he did some work on a SPIN FV-1 as well.

VST & DSP still have that blanket over speaker quality.
Hardware just wraps around the Audio instead of making tails.
But there’s really not a big difference between a good 1k and 4k unit if it’s just for synths.

So...I also bought a Strymon BigSky a couple of years ago, but have yet to put it to use. However, at the time, I did contact the head of Strymon to ask off they would license the code or some such arrangement. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them.

Since they are using a SHARC chip, I thought it might be a relatively simple project to export it to the Solaris. Of course, there’s a lot of issues with proprietary code/IP, so I’m not surprised nothing happened (although it would have been nice to at least get some kind of response).

Strymon BigSky here as well - it is excellent.

Nothing special here - Lexicon MX 400, and some old fashioned stuff (Digitech Studio Quad V2, Mackie d8b plugins). Reverb within the Solaris is nice-to-have, but to my opinion not really mandatory. There are so many different and good reverbs available - everyone is free to choose his favourite. However I acknowledge that for live performing synthesists (which I am not) an integrated reverb might be important.

Use different reverbs but mainly Lexicon MX300 and MX400. But would love to checkout a profession al lexicon

Lexicon MPX1 for darker, colored and long reverbs.
TC Electronic Reverb 4000 for clean and shorter reverbs.

valhalla mostly for big spaces
redline reverb. Super old algorithm (r66 is was once called). But still does the job.

I use Strymon big sky and eventide h9 max. Both are very flexible with small to extremes.

I discovered Mercury Meris 7 in internet vidéos and it look to be a good reverb

For 70s/80s sound -- OTO BAM
For general room/ambience -- Eventide 2016
For AMAZING ambient 'blade runner' sounds -- Mercury Meris 7

I still have a Big Sky but I'm slowly losing my interest in Strymon's delay/reverbs -- they have a metallic sheen to them, and that weird "dry on top of wet" sound.
