Not just pressing Enter, but hold it down steadily until the special menu appears. Are you doing that?

Hi all,

I can't seem to get past 1.3.0. My Solaris will not update! It doesn't initiate the update by the doflash method or enter at startup method. Pressing Enter is not getting me into any menus!

Help!

Thanks

For instance I sent the 1.3.1 firmware to 2 friends of mine, so they did not download from the website...

Still amazing to me that it looks like only half of the number of Solaris owners have downloaded the v1.3.1 update... :-(

FINALLY got a chance to install the new update. So awesome scrolling through presets, worth the update alone! It's also going to be so much fun automating the CC16 & CC17 joystick now. Huge thanks again to John & Jim

Tons of fun..
Love using USB Out to my Physis K4 Master MIDI Controller.
Solaris can blend with Zebra2 HZ or Omnisphere, or not blend according to preset/scene.
Ribbons for Filter Sweeps or even Granular Depth in Omnisphere add some great sounds.

Im definately a happy camper...

Thank you so much for all the effort! This is great! I just flashed mine and the whole synth seems snappier. The preset scrolling is DEFINITELY vastly improved. 1.3.1 is a wonderful release, and I'm very glad to have it. Thanks Jim for all the great coding work!

Not stuck, just louder now.
But could be the IEMs.

Quad lows quad mids and quad highs per side.
24 drivers total.

JHAudio Laylas. So much detail while programming.
Awesome sound.

Jimmy,

Do you mean you have to keep the Solaris Master Volume at the 8 o’clock position because any higher is too loud for the IEMs, or that it seems like the volume knob is ‘stuck’ at that position no matter how much more you turn it?

Thanks for hooking me up JB and thanks to the DSP Guru.
No racks to check MIDI on but little issues I learned to work around like knobs over shooting seem to be fixed.
I've just tried new IEMs and my volume on Solaris is set at 8 o'clock......damn.
Could be the IEMs though.
But thanks again.

Love Solaris.
