2) Position #38 was for the Control Shaper, which is in the plugin, but we never agreed on the final specification. I had it already in the code for the Solaris, so the easiest option at the time was to just have --- as a placeholder, until such time that we either get a Control Shaper object coded, or we put something else in its place, like a random key/note value to give you the 'slop' parameter that's been repeatedly discussed.
3) Yes, and I would have liked to add some of these as permanent parameters to things like the output of the LFOs, but at least we got some in there for general purpose use!
