The problem is the data wheel is always moving at the smallest increment for the current parameter. Once you get to displaying values in seconds, you don't see any change immediately because you are still adjusting in milliseconds. If you enter a value of 1 for the delay times, for example, you will see 1 second in the delay time, and the data wheel will take about 20 turns before you see it change to 1.1 secs.

I will discuss with Jim about had to make the data wheel accelerate its increments once it gets into seconds, for all the time-based parameters (delay times, EG times, etc.).

The parameters
Delay, Attack, Decay, Release
(float values)
over 999.9 millisceconds cannot be adjusted with the data wheel.

it works: in milliseconds-range (0.0 ms to 999.9 ms)

it works not: in seconds-range (1.0 sec to 20.0 sec)

The Sustain parameter (integer values) can be adjusted with the data wheel.
