In fact, I make an extreme test: panning completely left, and put the amount of the LFO à 100%. The sound goes full right as expected.
So my ears are the problem... Sorry.

Without any modulation, is the signal appearing in the correct (Left) position at 40L (as you would expect)?

Also, what are your results if you turn on the Offset switch for the LFO?

Question about panning modulation

by pfrancq » Sat Jan 14, 2017 8:24 am

Hi,
First, Happy new year to everyone.
I want a given part to move in the left side of the stereo field. Let's say between 60L and 20L. So I set the VCA InitPan to 40L and add a LFO as modulation source. I try both an amount of 50% and -50%, but the part seems to move behind the range I fixed (in fact, it appears in the right side of the stereo field).
Did I miss something?
Thanks.
