Mod Source Lists for keypad entry

I just published a set of listed Modulation Sources with numerical entry. If you are dialing in a modulation source, but want to jump to it immediately, you can:

1) move the knob of the mod source you want to enter
2) type in the source number in the keypad, and press Enter

This is convenient especially for the longer lists.

Some people might want to print out the lists and tape them above the joystick area as a reminder....
