Re: Key tables ? I am baffled

Hi Steve, It’s pretty difficult to make a precise Key Table to do what you want - what we really need to do is add some proper key mapping on a per key basis, and/or add the ability to use tuning tables (such as Scala format). I know Robert Rich has been after me to get this done for years, but the ...

Re: synchronization with rme ucx

I believe it’s implemented. Best to ask those on the forum who are using the SPDIF In/Out what they are doing.

Anyone?

Re: synchronization with rme ucx

Hey guys... 3. The manual says that the Solaris runs on 48kHz as Master and on 96kHz as Slave ... Unfortunately, the manual is not correct on this. Originally I though it was the case, so I communicated this to Brent. The chip that handles the SPDIF will only output at 48 kHz - if it receives a clo...

Cedric,

Wow!! Just....wow!

That was wonderful to watch! Thanks so much for posting (and I’m sure many here will want to know what Solaris sounds were used).

Congrats,
John

Re: Mod Wheel Modulation Bug ?

Hi, I have a patch where I use the mod wheel to modulate the release time of the VCA enveloppe. When the mod wheel is used, the release time increases. It works but the behavior surprises me. In fact, when I engage the mod wheel, the release time is modified only for the notes played after that. So...

Re: Mod Wheel Modulation Bug ?

Yes, this is a general bug in the modulation section of the Envelopes. The note value being used is not updated to the current note until after the calculation is processed. This needs editing the DSP code, which we await.

Yes, Jim checked it - working at v1.3. I’m not sure how critical this is, but possibly it can be returned in the next update.
