First - Thanks for the email pointing to this thread. I think non-Solaris owners might be interested in option 1, (a la the Oberheim Expander) to navigate controls easily and edit sounds with possibly a small joystick to show off versatility of the presets. I know making Solaris multitimbral is not trivial. I personally would contribute (pre-pay) to a developer fund to help develop multitimbrality and if this was achievable via a rack unit/expander then that would also interest me. I love the formant filter on the Solaris plugin, so I'm REALLII looking forward to trying out some ideas when the keyboard arrives :D

Just imangine what you can do with a big sack full of modulators, a sprinkling of formants and the ribbon controller :lol:
