Re: Solaris receives midi in and goes crazy

I've now got similar problems. Whenever I send MIDI clock to the Solaris it causes stuck notes. I'm using the 5 pin DIN ports recording and playing back through a MOTU MIDI Express XT from Logic Pro X. I've tried sending a clock signal from Logic and from a Sync Lock separately and both cause stuck ...

Re: Automating the Solaris using cubase?

Re: Automating the Solaris using cubase?

I checked several DAWs regarding their NRPN capabilities and it seems that Sonar is the only one that handles NRPN parameters with any elegance. Re: Announce when you receive your Solaris!

Time to start learning how to patch this thing!!

Re: Wish List For Next firmware update 2012

Ah, I understand. Then I can see it could be a problem, unless an SSD can be somehow fitted so that samples could be read directly from disk without them having to be loaded first.

Re: Wish List For Next firmware update 2012

The granular Osc works better with large sample files, so I'm wondering about the effectiveness of it with the 32MB of sample RAM, plus the issue that the granular Osc output will depend entirely on whatever sample is loaded at the time, so a bit more complicated to deal with. I understand the issu...

Re: Wish List For Next firmware update 2012

How about a granular synthesis oscillator? Also, how about an oscillator specific to FM, with such parameters as pitch settings as a ratio, an additional volume envelope hardwired to oscillator, oscillator feedback, etc.
