Lexicon MPX1 for darker, colored and long reverbs.
TC Electronic Reverb 4000 for clean and shorter reverbs.

$50 - $100 for bug fixes
$100 - $200 for bug fixes and new features (like reverb)

I personally would prefer a bug fixed OS first. You can spend years of sound exploration with the current feature set of the Solaris.
