Re: v1.3.1 OS Upgrade released!

Frankly, I always desired and never expected any OS updates. The more I'm impressed that two updates were released within a couple of weeks. And it's not only minor annoyances being fixed but new features being implemented. Thanks John and Jim for the efforts. BTW: Update went fine even using a rath...

Re: Basic Collection

None of my presets actually use seq patterns. However, I once saved one of my template presets with pattern 2 assigned, accidentally. For the moment you just can ignore the message. In case you post the presets affected, I'd be able to fix this issue for a future release. Sorry for the annoying conf...

Re: Expression (Volume) Pedal Issue/Question

I run an FC7 with the Solaris here which works well. I assume it's just a setting (per patch, as John pointed out).

Re: Solaris won't stay in tune

I never noticed this on my machine. To eliminate one possible source of issues, I'd try to disconnect any MIDI and USB cables during startup and check whether that helps to improve the situation. In case it does, I'd check what MIDI messages are being sent via the cables.

Re: Wavetable numbers

Isn't that possible? * OSC1 to "WT" * Modulation 1 to LFO or EG * Modulation destination to "Shape" * Modulation amount to your linkings * Optionally LpEG1 X or LpEG1 Y to emulate the eight stage envelope of the MIcrowave I What's IIRC missing is a stepped vs smooth parameter which the MW I provides...

Re: Initial note onset delay when using Sus pedal in Preset Mode

I also stumbled upon this bug rather quickly. I thought it was a "quite obvious" bug, and it also was mentioned Sep 17, 2014 ( http://forums.johnbowen.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=16244&p=21025&hilit=hold#p21025 ) Thanks for the pointer to switching off preset mode, since I didn't find this workaround b...

Re: Vibrato LFO improvements

Ah, keypad. Thanks for the worthy hint.

The level parameter accepts integer values only, though. Thus I keep my request in place.

It's a minor issue, though, since I can use another LFO and apply it to each individual oscillator as a workaround.

Re: Ring Modulation...and more!

I played a bit with the ring modulator, resulting in a couple of sounds, including »Poor Man's Wurly«. I didn't manage to create really outstanding stuff with it, though. In case someone knows of some tutorial resource (including audio material) posting I'm glad for any pointers.
