Re: Send and Return to External Fx?
Something I have been meaning to try out myself. As far as I can tell they are not setup for effects loops though. Anyone else ?

Re: Sample pool manager
Glad you enjoyed it. I must do some more marketing. Not my strongest area. If you'd like any of my CDs I'd be happy to send you a copy or two. Small thank you for the programs you've written. You can hear them all here at www.amongstmyselves.com.

Re: Sample pool manager
Certainly is a useful utility. It'll be much better once the sample bug is fix of course.

Re: While waiting for my Solaris...
Working well Jim.
The transfer of the patch data is quite slow but I presume that is due to the lack of a bulk dump sysex command at this stage.

Re: While waiting for my Solaris...
Howdy minorguy,
Looks like a great program. I'm having no luck getting it to run under Windows 7. Any leads ? I've run it as Administrator but just get the waiting icon for about 5 seconds and then nothing.

Re: Patch data over MIDI
I've been playing around a little with the single parameter sysex and getting strange results. So I've managed to retrieve parameter data. No problem here. Then I use the sysex code to set a parameter with an incorrect result. In my test I retrieved the value for Oscillator 1 Mode. Some of the retur...

Re: Load SingleCycle Waves?
Having fun with samples. After reading through this thread though am I correct in understanding that the bug is in end point as I do seem to get a small squeak of static at the end of a sample I've been playing with.

Re: Patch data over MIDI
Thanks John. Fully understand that storage on the CF card is the best way. Reason for wanting to know was a possible piece of software to show the routing on a computer monitor. Send the patch down the line and see the layout on a large screen. Just an idea but with the single parameter request it w...

Patch data over MIDI
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a system exclusive way of getting all the patch data for a single patch sent down the MIDI output ? Initiated from an attached computer or from the Solaris ?
Cheers,
Steve

Re: would you be interested in SOLARIS editor ?
Personally I would find a patch display program that shows the wiring of the modulators etc more useful than an editor.

Re: Announce when you receive your Solaris!
Serial No 266 has arrived ! I've had little time with it so far but I am stunned by the quality of all parts. The most impressive element and the most important is the sound !
