Re: Online Class
I am also interested! Now we need to find out which range of time zones have owners- you may have to do two sessions 12 hrs apart or something like that.

Re: I Want Solaris Mousepads
I would love a mousepad! I actually think they are pretty much obsolete, but I have a glass desk at work and I have mousepads all over it, sorta like giant coasters. Put me down for one or two...!

Re: Solaris receives midi in and goes crazy
That reminds me- can we rename this parameter something like "Local Ctrl" so that it makes more sense? Local Off is Off is quite confusing...Zahush76 wrote:Local off is off. It comes this way as a factory default.

Re: Solaris receives midi in and goes crazy
I am running Logic Pro, and have everything connected via USB. So far, everything appears to be working normally. I am able to record midi from the Solaris keyboard, and then play the Solaris back through my DAW. I have not connected anything via MIDI yet. What if you were to record a .mid file and ...

Re: Wrong display on osc screen
I must be the other guy, because I have seen this happen exactly twice. It did not happen on initial boot, but when I was rapidly adjusting oscillator parameters. I have not been able to re-create it. Rebooting the Solaris fixes the problem. As far as getting stuck on the Waldorf screen, I have seen...

Yeah- I was going to ask you about that, because I saw it working at NAMM but hadn't seen it on the website here?

Re: Some things make me go hmm...
Same here- my Solaris is connected to my MacBook Pro and Logic via USB; works perfectly, and in fact everything in my studio is connected that way. Only when my Voyager comes back from Moog will I even have to consider dealing with a MIDI cable.

Re: Volume knob wobbly
FWIW, my volume knob is just fine; but I leave it at maximum and adjust volume by MIDI or some other external source.
