Re: Wavetable numbers

Oh sorry John. I was confused. I meant the shape... The wavetable consists of a discrete number of waves right? The ppg (plugin) shows a number from 0-63. I guess the solaris has 64 waves too since you can hear the stepping through the table every 1,5 - 2 percent. But the shape parameter shows 0-100%.

Re: Roland

So far I have the Jupiter 8 / D50 / OBX / XPander 6 voice and MemoryMoog, which btw few know about. It was a FAT BASTARD capable of much more than just Ladder Filters and overdrive/feedback of the Model E original. would you be willing to share these? i would love to dive into them and learn from w...

Wavetable numbers

When selecting a wave in the wavetable oscillator, the value shows 0-100. I would prefer if it would show the wavetable number (and abbreviated name if possible). I tried to match ppg presets, but had to find the right wave by ear instead of just selecting the number.

cheers

Re: While waiting for my Solaris...

I think this would be amazing. I often scratch my head figuring out what is modulating what, especially when the routing is complex (wheel to amount of the mixer mixing Lfo'so through lag processor modulating pitch, stuff like that). And yes I agree traffic is slow. I post rarely but still post more...

Trigger Pitch and Envelope (gate?) seperate

I would love to be able to run pitch seperate from envelope triggers/gates, similar to the Arp 1601, this enables groovy sequencers where the pitch keeps changing, but the envelope is triggered when you want. Is this possible with the Solaris?

Hold option for sequencer

Hi there, i found a workaround for the 'missing' hold function on the sequencer for monophonic sequences. I write 'missing' since it is per design that you can't hold it with the button since it's a gate sequencer (still like i would like to hold it, it's software so I guess it's possible). Anyway i...

Sustain pedal cuts notes

Hi There,

My sustain pedal behaves strange. When i release it, it cuts all notes, also the ones held down. This only happens when polyphony is maxed out (eg when playing of sustaining >10 notes).
My polarity is set right btw

Re: Standard and dirty analog sounds

But of course. I'll upload them when I'm near my solaris again. Not sure if saved all the patches that i used for the examples. But i can tell you it's mostly a combination of overdriving the filters by feeding the mixer (or the filter) back in and some vca boost. Eg mixer 1 has osc1 at input 1 at 6...
