Solaris #143 For Sale :(

Post by Tarkus »

Sadly, I’m going to have to bid adieu to my Solaris (#143, delivered just over five years ago). It has never left the confines of my smoke-free home(s) and when not in use was always protected by a dust cover. It's been VERY lightly used... for all intents & purposes, it's close to new. Asking $3500, which includes ground shipping expense for US buyers (for interested non-US buyers, best price shipping will be additional).

BTW, it’s not just my Solaris I’m forced to say goodbye-to… in case you or someone you know may have interest I’m also selling:
• Edirol UM880 MIDI Interface (asking $300 incl US ground shipping)
• Focusrite Saffire PRO24 DSB Firewire Interface (asking $250 incl US ground shipping)
• Korg Triton Rack w/EXB-MOSS, EXB8, and upgraded RAM (asking $600 incl US ground shipping)
• Moog Voyager Electric Blue (asking $2800 incl US ground shipping)
• Roland A37 MIDI Controller (asking $350 incl US ground shipping)
• Roland Jupiter 80 (asking $3000 incl US ground shipping)
• Yamaha MG166CX Mixer (asking $325 incl US ground shipping)

Lastly, if you’re anywhere near the Portland Oregon area, I have a number of items available for local pickup:
• Two Roland KC-550 Keyboard Amps ($450 each or $800 for both)
• Two Standtastic 103KSB Keyboard Stands ($125 each or $200 for both)
• Two Gator lightweight rolling cases (GK88 & GK76 - $100 each or $180 for both)
• Case Technology Heavy-Duty ATA built for a Korg Oasys 88 ($250 negotiable)

Feel free to inquire to david dot presley at gmail – I’m happy to reply back with photos and additional info as necessary. Thanks.

Please make sure the new Solaris owner registers with me. I like to stay in touch with all owners.

New owner of solaris #143 reporting for duty.
OS was a little fidgety/slow at first, but after a firmware update is working beautifully.
Thanks for all the work put into making this machine, glad I finally have one!

No questions, only praise.
Seriously, this machine is a godsend for a lifelong seeker of crazy sounds.
Absolutely nothing better for experimental noise in one box.
Thank you John
