Title: Vocal filter vowel settings page can be made visible for other filter types

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to the "Filter 2" settings page
- Select filter type MM1 (or any other filter type other than vocal)
- Go to the "Filter 1" settings page
- Select filter type vocal
- Go to the vowel settings page
- Press the "Filter 2" button
