Is Solaris 5 compatible with Mod IV ?

Post by HUROLURA »

Just a question, as I saw in the Soalris manual that it was possible to integrate Modular Windows in the Solaris elements with Modular 2 + Flexor windows screen capture but what about Mod III and ... Mod IV ?

I don’t see why the Modular Windows in the Solaris plugin would not work with Mod III or Mod IV modules - which is the question, really. The WindowObject doesn’t care.

Great news, I think I should give it a try ...

But what I wonder is if these module can be loaded in the Modular window.
My idea would be for example to use some of the CZ-Osc (only available in Mod IV) as alternate Oscillators ...
I just wonder if it is possible to use Mod IV modules in Mod 2 as I just did it the other way round so far (using Mod 2/III modules in Mod IV).

I will give it a try with Modular 2 and tell you what works or not ...

I succeed to load the Mod IV modules in Mod 2 so this should work.

OK, I'll have to go to SC shop soon then
