This is for you lucky Bastards that are BETA testing the mighty Solaris.
If this seems popular I have Kyma Capybara and D50's also.
They are 16bit and 1MB in size.
Ben Walker has been a DSP synth and Modular contributor for years.
His files are what got me started.
Now I am obsessed with mixing these.
Vocal Aah's, Oo's etc., give Solaris a grand old Melotron flavor. _________________ JimmyV

Thanks, Jimmy. I have these files as well, from Ben. I think the D-50 and Capybara files would be of interest, since I've not heard any of those (except for the 1 or 2 D-50 samples you sent last year).

I intend to generate and design new sounds for the SOLARIS based on using my KYMA Capybara / Pacarana system and most recently, my purchase of a 112-modular MODCAN system analog system so I am quite keen on creating a Modular Library of (i) Transient samples (ii) Loops and (iii) Pitched Analog noise.
I would consider all these things "Feedstocks" for the rest of SOLARIS processing and playability. Of course, iI will post demos --- when I get the SOLARIS and get this started
And I am eagerly awaiting my unit!!!

I should note that these JD800 files are in a Scope software module (called a sample pool), and you won't be able to access these unless you are running Scope or XITE software/hardware.
