So, there’s a button for each LFO labeled Retrigger. When this is switched On, a note-on event will reset that LFO to the current phase position that is selected. It does not reset for note-offs.
On the Solaris, the normal situation (with Retrigger off) is just as the video you linked is showing, and it’s one of my main ideas why I wanted to have the PolyMod section in the Prophet 5 so long ago. For the Solaris factory presets, in my bank 0 sounds, Program 1 is based on that effect.
