Aphex twin collaborated with novation to add this AFX mode on the bass station 2.
Would aphex twin mode be possible at some stage on the solaris ? I think it should really be considered.
Novation has done it for it's bass station.
Basically you program an individual sound on a range of keys. ie only cool for drums or FX stuff, but it would offer some form of multitimbral use which the solaris doesn't have right now.
