Velocity Table Response Curve

Hi !
I'm trying to have the Velocity Table Response Curve I wish. By doing that, I noticed that it never reach the max value=127 but never exceeds 122, and 123 if I hit the keyboard so hard that I'm afraid to break something ! Even with the GVoffset at its max.

GVCurve = 50% - GVOff = 50% and it

In few words, I can't have a simple linear velocity curve that goes from 0 --> 127. But maybe there is some other parameters to modify for achieving that, I'd like to know which ones if there are any...

Is someone experimenting the same behavior ... Or totally different ? :?

Thanks for any tip !
