For anyone with this problem - one of the two cables that connect the keyboard to the System had come loose, so we just needed him to open up the unit and reconnect the cable.

Stuck note on Solaris Keyboard

I have a "stuck note" on my Solaris keyboard. I THINK it is something mechanical issue but Im not certain. Im trying to simply dissemble the Solaris to see if something is "stuck" on this middle "e" note on the keyboard. I can't figure out how to open the Solaris up. Any suggestions?
