Roland da-400 vs solaris

by bennethos » Mon Dec 05, 2022 5:40 am

Hi guys,

I acquired an S-760 sampler recently with a fully functional DA-400 unit , it seems to be a Rare Roland DA converter that is know for it's pleasant sound. Some people have used it in combination with certain synthesizers.
I know this would be blasphemy in view of the 96KHz high audio quality of the Solaris.

Can someone confirm if this could actually work without me breaking anything ?

If yes, I'll do some tests with it and post some results here. Science audio experiment :p.
