So, I used another CF card that I had as a backup and that seemed to do the trick. The first CF card was the one the machine was currently using so thats a little odd but I'll try and figure it all out later. What matters is I'm currently at 2.0 ! I obviously need to purchase a few more CF cards as well.

So, I downloaded the file, renamed it, edited the text file to read 1. Placed CF card in slot and turned machine on. The display goes through its normal introductions, gets to the Waldorf screen and freezes with the other screens staying stuck at booting...

I'm on an earlier Solaris with version 1 firmware. Any one else experiencing difficulties? How long does it normally take to upload the OS ?
I'm going to revert the text file to 0 and see if I can get it to upload via the enter button
