Velocity Table Response Curve

Hi ! I'm trying to have the Velocity Table Response Curve I wish. By doing that, I noticed that it never reach the max value=127 but never exceeds 122, and 123 if I hit the keyboard so hard that I'm afraid to break something ! Even with the GVoffset at its max. GVCurve = 50% - GVOff = 50% and it In ...

Re: Univoice

Mmm.. It's a little confuse to me. Sure if univoice value is 1, it's like it's off. But that's the point ! I believe univoice is simply turn off, that would explain I don't hear any difference. How can I turn it on ? I don't find the info in the manual. .............   Holy s.....

Univoice

Hi !
I'm trying the univoice function. First, I can't go under 2 univoices ! Then, on a mono sound, increasing the value and the unitune paramter at its maximum, I don't hear any difference !
Did I miss something ?
Thanks !

Re: More modulation sources for EG parameters

I don't know if the sustain slope issue has been fixed but I don't get the sustain slope concept clearly. I modulate a filter with EG 1 but I felt the attac was not enough exponential. But when I increased the attac exp parameter, it seems to increase fast, then slow down. But to me, exponential is ...

Re: It's arrived !

Hello ! I'm progressing..! I first pluged the Solaris USB to the computer. But it was often strange, I use the synth on local off mode since the place in the room is not infinite, I had to take off my midi keyboard and the Solaris took its place ; and almost all the time I lauched cubase, the solari...

Re: Automating the Solaris using cubase?

I was just glancing at the manual for Virus C in the appendix. That's the only place I saw info on this so I don't know if it's different for the Virus TI. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think poly pressure handles 127 x 127. I think it only handles the 128 parameters of page B. In the poly pr...

Re: Automating the Solaris using cubase?

Ah ! Ok ! Anyway, it's with sysex that I changed some parameters on my daw Solaris midi track. It's much more easy but better to add some notes about what that sysex does if I want to know it in 2 months. In my access virus TI, all parameters are midi controlable : they assigned the most important p...

Re: Automating the Solaris using cubase?

Very interesting discussion about NRPN ! With NRPN, one may set a value with a very good resolution but when one wants to modulate continuously NRPN like a usual midi CC and even edit the modulation in a midi track, it becomes impossible ! That's a pity ! It would be awesome with that resolution ! I...

Re: It's arrived !

After testing midi program change, today (I didn't achieve yet to change bank, on ly preset number within a bank), the blinking display happend again ! After searching, I managed to understand that in fact, I was in the presence of a midi loop. But impossible to know which midi data was going thru t...

Re: Glide time modulation and channel FX

Right now, I had the idea to launch the delay in the FX channel 2, in order to try to have the delay in parallel. I checked if the FX channel does appear in the mixer section inputs and if it does, I could modulate this mixer input gain and this mixer channel would become my send to delay parameter....

Re: Glide time modulation and channel FX

I think in FX's, the most useful would be to control the delay input gain (But it doesn't exists in the delay !) or at least its wet parameter. With any CC or better : all the Solaris modulation panoply ! For the other FX, modulating EQ parameters would be great ! Gain and frequency, again with any ...

Re: Developer Fund

I have communicated with Mutable Instruments, and we had a very good discussion. :-) Eh eh eh ! And so ? What came out of that discussion ? Would it be possible for him to begin to think that he could allow himself to plan to find the time to weigh the pros and cons about maybe join the S...

Re: Glide time modulation and channel FX

The other parameters I'd like to modulate without finding the way are in the channel FXs, like the wet delay or if one can set them in parallel, their inputs or send parameter.
Thanks for any info/advice/explanation !

Glide time modulation and channel FX

I maybe wrong (I play a Solaris since only 5 days !) but it seems to be impossible to modify easily the glide time parameter. The one on the home page, not in the oscillators (which seems to not be modulable either). When playing a synth solo, I love to often modify the legato glide time. And in the...
