Re: Sending midi after touch with Solaris
The Solaris sends a standard MIDI Channel aftertouch. I think you are asking about polyphonic AT, since the Hydrasynth has such a keyboard?
The Solaris can respond to Poly AT, but does not have Poly AT built in to send it.

No problem...and just to mention, it is a 2 dimensional envelope, so each of the eight points have X and Y values. (This is obviously for Prophet VS-type control.)

Re: Developer Fund Update - Important!
ctrlr.org was discussed earlier. I attempted to edit a panel for the Prophet Rev2 (both sysEx as well as NRPN) this very week. I think a panel for the Solaris was possible, but requires some programming knowledge (lua) and is a lot of work. To slice it down, one could first create kind of patch vie...

8 ) Add looping to the envelopes. => Alternatively, add an additional 8 step envelope, including looping, as the Microwave I provides. Described on page 4-15 of the programming manual: https://waldorfmusic.com/phocadownload/Microwave%20Downloads/Documentation/Programming_Manual_Eng.pdf I remember I...

Hi Norman,
I assume you are asking about the S/H waveform that is used in the MM1 oscillator and not the LFO waveshape?

Re: AM/Ringmod help
So, there’s a button for each LFO labeled Retrigger. When this is switched On, a note-on event will reset that LFO to the current phase position that is selected. It does not reset for note-offs. On the Solaris, the normal situation (with Retrigger off) is just as the video you linked is showing, an...

Re: Is it possible to create the same sounds as the Waldorf Microwave XT with solaris?
I'm always very careful about any time someone says “Can X sound exactly like Y?”. One thing I’ve learned over all these years is that everyone’s hearing will greatly affect how they perceive sound quality, so this is quite a subjective thing. When the DX7 came out, I sat in Dave Smith’s office, and...

Regarding the spam - my Web host has been working to reduce as much as possible, but still some few posts get through. As soon as I see it I delete it, but I’m not getting those alerts, and only see it when I check the Forum activity.

Are you talking about the hardware Solaris keyboard or my Solaris plug-in for the Scope platform?
