Re: Windows USB Device Drivers
IIRC (if I remember correctly) the USB driver should be class compliant, so if you're having issues with connecting you might want to try changing your usb topology. Each USB port is a new driver install for one thing (so plugging it into the same port on Windows is common) and you maybe have issues...

Re: Custom cover for the Solaris
Whatever you buy is what I will use JB. I live in the desert where dust finds it's way into everything, if it sloves that problem you can put the logos upside down for the audience as far as Im concerned. I can send you my money before or after, my better half won't quack over 100 bucks.... If she ...

Re: I found a small bug, how do I report it?
I don't remember what I was going to do! At least not for that, have a laundry list of other things to attend to
But I can setup a private forum and tell John how to manually add people to it, or assign someone else to do it via moderator permissions.

Re: Storing Presets
Lexar has a pretty good reader that won't break the bank: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013TRZI2 Photo/video users may prefer a UDMA model that has more throughput but this one should work fine for Solaris users (actually that one technically does do faster speeds than most USB based ones anywa...

Re: Announce when you receive your Solaris!
I had mine delivered last week while gigging back east, so I just walked in and unboxed it. I am impressed beyond words. I haven't heard it since NAMM '09, but it is the stuff dreams are made of. After a week of preparing it for the gig I'll report back, as of now I am to busy to chit chat, but can...

Re: Will the Solaris be a good midi controller?
Bome's midi tools can remap things easily for cubase, but you'd have to route the midi virtually to process it.
