hmmm, strange. how about using and learning to use the announced hardware first - before asking for more and more and more?! ...but I've already used the Solaris a whole bunch! :D It's just fun to talk about possibilities. As Debbie Harry says, "dreamin is free". http://uploa...

More memory space for on board samples.

A 76 key, weighted, high-quality keybed.

A real analog (or tube-based) gain stage at the end of the signal chain for warmth/distortion, etc...

Very cool! A minor point: is the S/PDIF considered its own output, separate from the analog outs? It looks like it is on these pages. yes, that's correct. -jb !!! I had no idea. That kind of flexibility is great. I'll be able to go directly into my DAW with no signal degradation while still...

Just a quick note: I'll be setting up a fan-driven resource page on my site for the Solaris (similar to my Microwave, Serge and Evolver pages) with free patches, programming guides, etc... Once we all get the Solaris, I think it would be fun to put together a patch set from submissions from the user...

The moment I get mine, there will be a manic patch programming session followed by a probably-too-long multi track session of my noodling.
