HS, you create some of the best presets I've ever heard(next to John Bowen of course ). When I went through the presets of my Indigo I kept discovering fantastic unique creative patches w/HS next to them. I thought to myself who is this HS? I googled it and then I realized who it was. Thank yo...

I My current favourite is this: http://www.johnbowen.com/images/closeups/IMG_4013.jpg I have to agree, when I look at this pic it reminds me of the first time I saw my wife some 31+years ago, I smiled from ear to ear when she said yes to go out on a date with me. :D I think you may be on to somethi...

I'm going with wood so my opinion doesn't really matter but the aluminum with vents doesn't work for me. :(

A bearded John Bowen??? I think Roland had considered at one point instead of calling their new synths the Roland D50 and JD800, the Eric Persing Mark 1 and Mark II but the suits in front office won with the creative names of a letter followed by a number. Thank you John for not namin...

Thanks for reposting the link John, I couldn't get it to work before. The sound of the Solaris transcends language, it speaks the language of beauty, craftsmanship and passion. I loved the rotor sounds, I can see it being the basis of some very creative sounds and sparking creativity in songwriting....

The Solaris sounds HUGE!! RICH!! POWERFUL!! BALL BUSTIN BOTTOM END!! :D
The part you played using pulse width is very similar to the intro to Saga's "Humble Stance". 8)

Hi All, For those who like the lighter case color - would a creme or off-white similar the Arturia Origin be your choice? Also, if you can see any of the pictures from the recent Frankfurt Messe, the unit I'm demo'ing on is the darker case with those slimmer square-edge endcaps. It's still that sor...

I originally ordered the dark color with wood ends but the more I see the light colored version the more I like it, it seems fresh new and bold looking. I'm going to change my order to the light color once John gets back, hopefully with a lot of new customer orders. :D I agree with Jackal, we're all...

I think it's a bit premature to bring up the discussion of a software editor when John and his team are concentrating on completion of the Solaris, especially since the very design of the Solaris encourages and simplifies editing of patch parameters. Let's get this beautiful instrument into our home...
