Calibration pages for v2.x owners (only)

until John puts out a v2.x addendum for this, the menu sequence to get to the calibration pages with v2.x firmware (only) is now:
a) press and hold simultaneously 1, 3 and 8 for Selftest menu;
b) press 7 for More page;
c) press 1 for Analog Ctrls page;
d) press 4, 5 or 6, respectively for Wheels, Joystick or Ribbon pages.
